We offer delivered food and prescription assistance. We will deliver up to ten times in a 12-month period. During the COVID-19 emergency, we will try to deliver as often as possible. Please see HERE for our full food policy.

Prescriptions must be filled at Ultra Care Pharmacy in Germantown; we can assist with up $100 if funding is available, including co-pays, deductibles, and diabetic supplies.
